Returns & Exchanges

At Imprint Merch, we want you to love your gear, so we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all unworn and unwashed items. Please ensure all original tags are attached to qualify for a full refund to your original payment method.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once approved, a prepaid shipping label will be generated and sent to your email; simply print it out and attach it to your package.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging if possible and drop the parcel off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse inspects the returned merchandise, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 5-7 business days.
